yes..= that was a problem at my end due to some email problems at my end =ast week.. I fixed it now. thx.

we also got started on wrong foot re =ustralia.. I should never have forwarded you alison's emails.. =nbsp;l am focused on the appeal, clearly that is the most important =hing. I will not take any action on anything =Ise until after that and we see what happens. and I will find =ut the bill tomorrow for the appeal and let you know about that. =he Australia thing is merely to be prepared down =he line, and find out what the issues, possibilities, and pitfalls of =roceeding there along the lines you suggested.. That involves merely =oing out to a bunch of potential lawyers there and =eeing what they think based on a very preliminary description of what =as happened.. Just to be prepared to move in that =irection if it seems useful down the road. =oth you and I agree that Melanie is a cunt who may have given herself =nough rope to hang herself if things are done correctly.
