Good morning Steve,

The final update on the tree spade is the estimated ship date is October 1, 2018. Due to a glitch in the ordering system. The order was not placed on the 27th of July as we all originally thought; When I was checking on the status of the order on the 27th of August, SPS(our POS) actually pushed the order through on that date therefore pushing the ship date out. I do apologize for the mix up; As soon as we receive the tree spade, I will call you to pick it up. I also have a call in to our CASE rep to see if we can get this expedited. You will hear from me soon.

can you please provide me contact info of whom you have been dealing with.. we ordered in July and were told 4-6 weeks which would be end of August.. something does not make sense..
