Looks good—I would just change the "could" to a =E2 would." Also, do you want us to Google-stalk the =ther two people to make sure they haven't said anything that =ould suggest bias? If we don't do it, you should. =nbsp;Google their names with things like Title IX, sexual assault, gender, rape, etc.
