Looks good—I would just change the "could" to a 4P=80.would." Also, do you want us to Google-stalk the other =wo people to make sure they haven't said anything that would sugge=t bias? If we don't do it, you should. Google their na=es with things like Title IX, sexual assault, gender, rape, etc.
