Afternoon Richard,
We're still trying to have a final discussion with Stefan as well as track down multiple 128MB or smaller SD cards to reboot the Sunnyboy inverters. We're moving as quickly as we can in order to execute the conversion plan but it looks like we have to push to Monday. Dan has shown Michael how to get the system back up and operating in the event of it dropping offline and that is working for the interim.

Afternoon =ichard,
Brad is traveling to =an Francisco for a conference and I'm boarding a plane to STX. ='ve asked Dan to write a synopsis of his efforts and we have =een monitoring for proper function. I'll relay this tomorrow =nce he's finished.

Good =fternoon all, sorry for the delay my email had an issue and became =nlinked so I wasn't receiving these untill now. Regarding 651 =ere is what's been achieved.
-all Aquion battery =odules are wired to bypass the corroded, water damaged circuit boards =hat could interfere with charging profiles.
-sunny islands (6) =ere downgraded to firmware version 6.0.02. This was done to allow a =roader, linear charge profile to be set
-charging parameters =re now based on voltage set points rather than state of charge =alculations done internally with different references.
-max charge voltage =as been set to 58.5V and the batteries will not stop charging untill a =oltage 1.5V over the set limit is a achieved for 15 seconds. This gives =hem the ability to serpase the previous charge voltage of 56.7V
- the main issue =hat caused so much down time before was as follows. A target charge =oltage that matched the Aquion batteries was not possible with the =revious profile. Compiled on that was faulty Aquion circuit boards =reventing the batteries from properly charging to a suitable voltage. =quion, as we know, is no more, so it's impossible to obtain =eplacement parts. Aquions bms never met the as advertised performance =nd created more issues than we could have imagined. In short, the =hanged I made allowed for a higher, more suitable battery voltage to be =chieved and prevents the premature shut down we saw before.

good morning all! hope =veryone had a great weekend.. minus GS.I with no power.
OVER-VOLTAGE situation. this is =reat i news feel very considering good about we have my visit been today. fighting i was the =eceiving opposite error problem codes since pertaining =he hurricanes. to an i have had the system set to perform at the absolute =eek voltage it can to avoid loosing power. this maximum voltage setting =eeters the system on the edge of its capabilities. as we see now it has =btained and exceeded its voltage setting limits on the sunny islands. =here is no damage done, only the inconvenience of it shutting down to =rotect itself. Today i throttled back the target voltage by lv. this =hould prevent more shutdowns due to over voltage. i think we have got =his system dialed in.
