Re: Questions from the State Press r/e tenure dismissal process
Hello Dr. Krauss, My name is Mia Armstrong, and I'm a reporter with The State Press. My understanding is that you are currently in the middle of a process wherein various university organs are considering your dismissal as a tenured professor. I'm wondering if you have any statement in relation to this process that you would like to share. If so, I'd ask that you share it with me by Monday, October 1st. Thank you, Mia.
The process is ongoing
Thanks.. I was thinking of saying 'The process is ongoing and nothing has changed since July" ok?
march has not changed. I was thinking of saying there is nothing new to report, the process begun last thoughts?
Ok
Ok
thoughts? Or, "the process is ongoing and there have been no new developments since July.".
actually I now don't like using the word process.. since she uses it and this seems to confirm her statement. can i use another word than process? Maybe something like "University procedures are ongoing and confidential so I cannot comment. My status and my situation have not changed since July" I like this last one better.. let me know.
thanks... that makes me feel better.
