namely.. I was told I could appeal the dean's recommendation but no= provost determination.. it was also clear in the instructions they gave me.. Namely exactly what it was I was appealling in my appeal doc.. that is why I focused on the dean's letter and not OEI report or provost determination.

you had ? no option to directly appeal? why did you put that in?

I was told by the provost that his determination and also the determination of 00 was final. I could not appeal either directly to them... It was a very explicit statement. Their determination ended that part of the process and began the next part.
