namely.. I was told I could appeal the dean's recommendation but not provost determination.. it was also clear in the instructions they gave me.. Namely exactly what it was I was appealing in my appeal doc.. that is why I focused on the dean's letter and not 00 report or provost determination.

I was told by the provost that his determination and also the determination of OEI was final. I could not appeal either directly to them... It was a very explicit statement. Their determination ended that part of the process and began the next part.

University released Provost's determination letter, with its old determinations that I provided evidence demonstrating was false...and retirement letter and contract today.. Reporter contacted me already. I have steered the conversation to the 45 page appeal document from August.. I don't think the University will release that. I am working on a redacted version in case I am allowed to release it.

Btw.. last thing Justin said is that since I am talking directly to Kim, there is no need to respond to her note to Justin, as she could bring that up with me if she wants..

I haven't cc'd you on any of the correspondence with Kim today as I figured you had had enough of the whole thing..
