namely.. I =as told I could appeal the dean's recommendation but not provost determination.. it was also clear in the =nstructions they gave me.. Namely exactly what it was I =as appealling in my appeal doc.. that is why I focused on =he dean's letter and not OEI report or provost =etermination.

I was told by the provost that his determination and also =he determination of OEI was final. I could not =ppeal either directly to them... It was a very =xplicit statement. Their determination ended that =art of the process and began the next part.

University released Provost's =etermination letter, with its old determinations that I provided =vidence demonstrating was false...and retirement letter and contract =oday.. Reporter contacted me already. I have steered the =onversation to the 45 page appeal document from August.. I =on't think the University will release that. I am working =n a redacted version in case I am allowed to release it.

Btw.. last thing Justin =aid is that since I am talking directly to Kim, there is no need to =espond to her note to Justin, as she could bring that up with me if she =ants..
