na=ely.. I was told I could appeal the dean's recommendation but not<=r>provost determination.. it was also clear in the instructions they=br>gave me.. Namely exactly what it was I was appealling in my appeal d=c.. that is why I focused on the dean's letter and not OEI report orprovost determination.

I was told by the provost that his determinat=on and also the determination of OEI was final. I could not appea= either directly to them... It was a very explicit statement.=C2 Their determination ended that part of the process and began the =ext part.
