Based on the conditions of the floors in all cabanas we are recommending all floors be completely refinished opposed to just re-coating.

Luis told me that now all 4 cabanas now have had an intrusion of water from the rock walls (sounds like Brice explanation - strange..)

This has caused edges of floor to cup and become elevated which Luis now says needs to be sanded via refinishing and not just re-coating..
