It says will be delivered with new interior. I'm not sure what condition it is in. Ask Wendy to send you the contract for our perusal so that we might move fast. You can call her and tell her, off the record, we hear that the same plane is being offered by another broker, so you believe the current buyer does not have his flipper ready.

She will provide a copy of the correct, she'll cross off the private info on her Contract and forward possibly tomorrow at the latest, it's 38 pages long.

The FLL BBJ you sent is brokered by Ben Shirazi/ Toy Store. Last week when I spoke to Gary, he told me the Veneer was done in the backyard of a low budget shop. It's owned by the Government of Djibouti and supposedly is under contract. I'll call for price, and get some facts.
