Dear Prof Krauss,

We understand from reporting in The State Press that Dean Patrick Kenney of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has recommended, that you should be dismissed from ASU.

That story indicates the process is now with a conciliation/mediation committee made up of three members, which would indicate that you have appealed the Dean Kenney's recommendation.

Are you able to confirm this? And do you have any further comment?

I'm working on a piece now, so any information you can provide by return would be much appreciated.
