namely.. I was told I c=uld appeal the dean's recommendation but not provost determination=. it was also clear in the instructions they gave me.. Namely exactl= what it was I was appealling in my appeal doc.. that is why I focused on =he dean's letter and not OEI report or provost determination.

I was told by the p=ovost that his determination and also the determination of 00 was final.=C240 I could not appeal either directly to them... It was a very ex=licit statement. Their determination ended that part of th= process and began the next part.

no. it says=you didnt get the right to appeal. they correct you and start = battle. save it.
