As per our conversation, here is the breakdown.
13'-2" x 79'-11" = 117/sy x $143/SY. The client did pick one of our more expensive broadloom and would like the carpet to be wall to wall throughout his library and hallways.
Carpet - $16,720.00
Labor - $6,780.00
Please know I used the least expensive way of laying out the carpet and it has multiple seams.
Please let me know what you decide.
