I am preparing my complaint to OEl=against Dean Kenney for creating a hostile work environment and retaliatio= against me for complaining about his decision to recommend my d=smissal in July.

Thanks.. these are good points.. re =he use of funds.. they have allowed me to use my funds to go to the =niversity to carry out tasks, like cleaning my office, meeting with commit=ee members, even during the period of administrative leave.. Thus, w=ile I will not ask for funds to attend outside meetings, which I agree may=make it appear that I represent the University, I will ask that they allow=me to use funds to return to the University, as they have in the period si=ce July 31. I will ask for compensatory damages. Shoul= I indicate what damages? If so, funds to meet with and obtain mater=als from those who I have been forbidden from meeting, funds to access inf=rmation that I have not been able to access by being at the University whe= I have wanted to be there.. Anything else?
