Good Morning I spoke to Patrick Cena (Boat Captain) whom you offered to pay a $6,000.00 bonus which would cover his taxes. With a review in Jan 2019

Patrick requested that I forward the following:

Patrick has estimated his taxes for 2018 - $6,483.00 Bonus would be taxable income, to gross up $6,000.00 so that Patrick clears $6,000 to apply toward his taxes is $8,250.00

To gross up Patrick's taxes if Mr. Epstein wanted to cover all his taxes - $8,917.00

Patrick is asking if Mr. Epstein to round the bonus to $10,000

Patrick would also like to ask Mr. Epstein to take into account that he has proven himself to be a reliable, experienced captain, he would like to become an employee in Jan 2019, requesting a salary of $50,000
