We had a copyright writer for the last 4 years who retired last year. Before that, and since then, we have been without a copyright lawyer.

This copyright lawyer found a lot of flaws in Noam's contracts and corrected them in the few ones he examined. But since last year, we haven't had the contracts verified by a lawyer we can trust, or verified at all. Would you have some to recommend?

I have the impression that some of the current contracts are not representing what Noam has been requesting.

What the copyright lawyer pointed out to us was that the way some contracts were written I would have the tax responsibility, but not the stream of income.

Do you have someone to recommend?

We have been signing contracts without any professional examination and I have been finding some problems, but when I raise some questions about some issues, there is always some explanation that doesn't convince me.
