Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Skype should be installed & working on all your computers, yes? I'm pretty sure I included it on all the iMac Pros.
Not being in Palm Beach makes it difficult for me to test this with them... If you want, I could have you install teamviewer on your computer there to let me remote in. I could test basic connectivity that way (I wouldn't be able to confirm video & audio quality, tho).
