I am reaching out to you as follow up to your email of 12 November to Karyna that you are waiting first for the freight agent's answer to know when the curtains will arrive on St. Thomas. informed me today that curtain rods are also to be sent to the island.

I contacted Chimene of Bob Lynch Movers, the agent that received the 40' container of furniture. She has no correspondence at this time of this shipment.

If arrangements have not been made as yet, we will stand by for further information. We will assist with on our end in any way that you need us to.

We presume you are using the same Freight agent, Bob Lynch, as with the furniture, but they have received no information as well.

We may also want to consider the possibility of the supplies being provided for the upholsterers here, so they do not have to worry about shipping the tools to the island and back.

Greetings Sir,

The most recent follow up from Alberto Pinto's office:

1. They are researching an air carrier to bring the curtains, curtain rods, and 2 replacement lamps to St. Thomas. The estimated arrival time is the week of Monday, 12/10, no later than Saturday, 12/15.

2. They are planning for the upholsterers to then arrive on island around Monday, 12/17.

3. We have requested a list of tools that the upholsterers will need, as it may be more efficient to provide these items for them rather than risking they be held up in transit.
