Confirming I spoke with Karl Henry about th= following:
He did not get paid on Fri=ay, 11/16.
He doe= not have any Sick or Vacation Leave left
He did not submit his IOD report and supporting paperwork for his injury in time for you to prepare a full report to JE requestin= an extension of Sick leave to cover his time out for the last pay period
JE is currently off-i=land, so review of the documents and a decision is pending at this time.
Karl said he understood and thank you for th= information. I told him he would hear from you or me once a decision=had been made by JE.
