I think it's a useful point, potenti=lly a powerful one. But I don't think anything is going to get attenti=n now. I would look for some reporter to do a more nuanced post-morten on =he case--with it's Trump overtones, legal joustings, timetoo-isms, and =rofit-motives. WSJ is probably right place.
