Dear Jeffrey,

Noam has expressed our warm feelings about our permanent friendship, but I would like to add my own.

You are one of very few gentleman that I met in the U.S.

We cherish the many wonderful conversations we had together.

I can't find the right words to convey my admiration for you. And I want to thank you for being a wonderful friend in what has been a very difficult and stressful time for us.
