Dear Sir,

We very well understand your busy schedule and your concerns on the regional and global front.

December, 18 / 19, looks quite good for the meeting. Allow us a couple of days and we shall get back with an appropriate time and place for the meeting.

We will be returning back to Qatar, by 30 November. However, will be back in Europe, again by 18 December. We can fix on a suitable place and time, convenient for all of us to meet during the period.

Apologies for the delay in responding back to you.

18 Dec, is our National day and we plan to depart immediately after the ceremony. However, we do not know yet the closing time of the ceremony. We will have an idea towards next week and will schedule our trip accordingly.

In principle 18 / 19 Dec, still stands good for our meeting and towards next week we will be able to give you a confirmation.
