Andaz hotel in Tokyo is good I think. I can connect. Can I say that it's a friend of a friend of Thomas Pritzker? It's a Hyatt series hotel. It's much better than the Andaz in Tokyo. I think that currently it is the best hotel in Tokyo and the residence has the highest price per sq ft of any residence in Tokyo right now. The owner is a close friend and I know the people there well.

Masahiko Ogasawara is the guy who is the head of Hyatt in Japan who works for Mori Building, the developer/owner. The CEO of Mod Building is Shingo Tsuji who is also a good friend. I'd probably just ask Masa Ogasawara to organize it. He's very close to Tom as in Tsuji, but Masa is the interface.
