I did speak to Jay about this yesterday evening and should have added in a note to my previous email. The price per yard cost is what we needed, that is the $650.00. So at our current size we are looking at 52K. I am pushing JPK hard on pricing to get out the Master Bedroom Terrace and Tiki concrete pad extension asap, so I didn't want them wasting time correcting their yardage estimate. Sorry for the confusion there, I should have explained it more clearly before sending. Thank you!

when you see 8500 dollars to demolish the pool structure, please dont have me point this out its silly. our guys can do it in 4 hours max. this makes no sense.
