I spoke with Larry last night. He is very interested in the job at Isj. I learned the following about Larry:
has kids
Larry's wife already briefly looked into private school
currently, Larry only works on Long Island Sunday - Thursday and spends 4 hours per day commuting as he currently lives in
current salary is 133k and he received a 20k bonus
currently oversees 3 properties (all in the same town)
largest home is 45,000 which was built new
Larry said he oversaw the construction process and is knowledgeable with construction
Larry's wife currently is home with kids but used to work as a private chef.
Seems like it could be a good fit. Not sure how locals will react to Filipinos as I do not recall us ever having that combination.
Daphne and I have had multiple discussions about having management broken down as:
someone overseeing jee and home needs where Larry and wife can work great. With extra time Larry can assist with other roles below..
construction management. Kyle can oversee projects and be assisted with Anna who can deal with locals and possibly who can coordinate with Daphne to keep Kyle organized.
plant manager and electrician. Hopefully Glidden can fall into place and begin to get his hands dirty as he will be removed from coordinating barge runs and other silly tasks such as shopping that Brice had him doing.
I land today around 2:30pm then will spend some time with Larry at the hangar.
Will coordinate to meet vendors Monday and Tuesday as well. May be best to come Monday morning to visit islands as many of stc staff will be at Bryant ceremony.
I will be meeting with Tuesday morning at stc office.
