Josh...The kitchen is half done. The bathroom is a mess. The library is empty and she made very rough unprofessional sketches of bookcases on one side and cabinets for a tv and clothes on the other which are so simple to do if we keep her layout. She never made drawings good enough for a contractor. She is a fraud of a designer.

We are talking about finishing 4-C, my apartment. Do we know, or can I talk to your new contractors about what to do and how much. They are not going to want to use Karen's shitty drawings.
