I have news Arbitration results Wu claims were fully rejected. Stating that we did not breach any law and where acting correctly and timely.
Our claims were not supported ( not rejected)as arbitrators can not make decisions on board resolutions and company registration with AIC. Arbitrators stated that we should resolve the matter in local(Shanghai) court it is not their jurisdiction to decide.
Confirmation by state docs which i receive this weekend company valuation re confirmed net worth of mr wu reconfirmed and found out that he operates a parallel 100 companies under the same name of Really selling the same goods. Will have documents with numbers this weekend
