Tomorrow there's going to =e a discussion with the mediator and the two sides. On the table is =incent's proposal, more or less along the lines you know, and a propos=l from the lawyer (Berman) for Max's insurance company, conceding quit= a lot, but there remains a gap between the financial compensation Berman =roposes and what Vincent is proposing. Will let you know how it work= out.

Valeria thinks that the settlement should include=providing the records (Vincent and I agree).
