Did you see the news that Disney bought up the block bounded by Spring and Vandam, and Varick and Hudson, for their new headquarters? If you draw a line between my two buildings the midpoint is in the Disney block, each less than a block away. The people that have been telling me I should have sold are now phoning me to call me a lucky bastard.
