yes, he =oved it. i told him i had the answer man to all customs questi=ns. are port of entry laws different for each coun=ry? they cant claim asylum in that space ? but can=be prosecuted. ?

Depends who they strike, one of the=federal officers, then it's a violation of US Code, so we would be pro=essing the individual, if they struck anyone else, the AUSA would have the=first right of refusal, but if they decline, we can call the locals.

If they then claim asylum, we would begin the process for remova= and hand them over to either ICE or the locals.
