Yes, port of entry laws are =ased on the home country, but they're all basically the same.

The port of entry is where they claim asylum, but they can =lso claim it "in country".

What exactly do you m=an by prosecuted? Prosecuted for criminal activity at the POE? Or processe= for removal?
