i reviewed with mr epstein and he would like to begin with us paying kyle $50 per hour not $65 and is ok for kyle to begin work monday

mr epstein would also like to proceed with 5 yard cement truck that would be operated by your team.. mr epstein also wanted to see if you could help with finding another prol bid as he thought attached seemed high..

Thank you for getting back to me. Please consider paying $55 per hr. --- our skilled labor rate, for Kyle's services. This would bring the cost well under 100k per year, considering a months leave from the island.

I will get back to you on the cement truck and --- there is one is ST John for sale. The brand is Car Mix -- they have a 4 and 6 yard machine --- parts from Tennessee. I will get phone numbers tomorrow.

Kyle is flying in this week and he is planning to start work on Monday 7/29. I will see if I can get him to come out to the island during next week to get an introduction.
