GIV test flight,
Jeffrey,
Terrible test flight! It was a handful!
Teterboro airport was closed for over 3 hours due to thunderstorms, waited f=r 4 hours, So I elected to take the plane on a local test flight, just to get it in the=air for checks.
1-Auto throttles did not work when flaps were select to 10*„ autospeed=did not engage to 180kts „ remained at 250kts„ So I elected to go manual operation, and return to Westfield.,
2-I felt a kick back on elevator flight control when I pull the yoke back to=full deflection, (Should be a rigging issue).
3-ground spoilers did not deploy on landing, had to manually extend., (Should be Wheels spin up issue to Ground spoiler system) since system check= good while parked.
4-R/H engine TGT (Turbine Gas Temperature) was 200° split from 1/H engi=e, we got a CAS message, #1 DAU issue„ (Data Acquisition Unit) fault., There are 2 channels A & B on the DAU„ when we selected backup B Channel, T=T was normal, it's not an Engine issue, could be Faulty DAU.
My Gutt tells me, 2 more days of trouble shooting,
Nadia kept up with me, interesting flight. She did good.
I’ll keep my airline flight to arrive Paris Sunday morn ,, Pete is h=re with me, will oversee the troubleshooting,
Ok?
Thx,
Larry
