Btw as you know, Ariane asked me to build a small staff =80 for her. I actually want to create an executive office: strategy (in=luding business development and international), external relations and pub=ic affairs, communication, corporate management. And of course CEO's a=enda. Objective is to deliver.

Maybe staffed with around 10-15 people, all from the bank already. I would =ead the exec office. Would have to find the right title.

yes, not easy. , you should include a pe=son that is responsible for non bank matters ( non- financail assets=personal etc).. paid for by non bank assets.
