I have thought long and hard about why I felt I could not stay that day. I am sorry if my reaction hurt you considering all you have gone through. Please find it in your heart to forgive me. I was in the wrong to get on my high horse because none of your staff knew I was coming nor could tell me when you would be free.

I loved your mother and when I was very young, loved you, I know that you are good and kind so please let me know you accept my apology.
