Dr. Speaker actually says your eyes are not stable to have surgery...your eyes are still changing...Dr. Speaker is very conservative... if you had an exam sometime from or prior and can provide those records to Dr. Speaker and they show that your eyes have not changed for a years period, then he could consider the surgery for you.
At the moment, I am told you are not a candidate for eye surgery.
