I don't want you to think that I'm not trying to help Sophia and I =on't have her best interest at heart.

Maybe a change of environment and being away from me would do her better be=ause St.Thomas just isn't working out. I think that by me being =er god-mother she was expecting special treatment and it became visible to=others in the office.

For months I've been trying to help and guide Sophia on how to work in =he office and assist others and it hasn't been going so well. I though= that she would be great for the position but unfortunately it's not w=rking out. In fact it's kind of embarrassing to hear everyone complain=about her and also to hear her complain about them.

I just don't want you to be disappointed in Sophia if you moved her to = different location and things don't go so well. But, then again it co=Id also turn out to be a good thing. I hope :)
