Hey Bossman,

I don't want you to think that I'm not trying to help Sophia and I don't have her best interest at heart.

Maybe a change of environment and being away from me would do her better because St. Thomas just isn't working out. I think that by me being her god-mother she was expecting special treatment and it became visible to others in the office.

For months I've been trying to help and guide Sophia on how to work in the office and assist others and it hasn't been going so well. I thought that she would be great for the position but unfortunately it's not working out. In fact it's kind of embarrassing to hear everyone complain about her and also to hear her complain about them.

I just don't want you to be disappointed in Sophia if you moved her to a different location and things don't go so well. But, then again it could also turn out to be a good thing. I hope :)
