a bit strange being in old space
it appears from other broker they are hot to lease to 1 tenant (although seems unrealistic) if jee were to be serious (which i do not think he is currently) bathrooms would be an issue as they are no longer on 4th floor and not sure where they are..

BTW...the Villard Mansion was leased in its entirety to Trunk Club (an online men's shopping site...division of Nordstrom's) using as a "brick's and mortar" showroom for their products and services who would have thunk it....evidently not me.
