You are in the process of creating an alternative to everyone forming their own private foundation and having to administer it. An alternative to each and everyone attempting to separately find that almost impossible phantom foundation executive with big giving experience. The structure will allow a select group of friends to both give together in a big way and at the same time share decisions and administration, while allowing increased tax deductibility- flexibility. A donor advised structure will remove most of the record keeping responsibility from the family while keeping both the patriarch and the children in an advisory role for as long as they like.

It's exciting and you have decided to share your experts and experience with those that are now really having to deal with the burden of what to do with my wealth.
