Re: Parc Monceau - marketing plan/ price

I have been thinking about the best way to market the house. Ordinarily I might suggest giving pocket listings to Moens, McCann and someone at Sotheby (Condon or Wally Turner). But we might also list the house with only one. What do you think of asking all but Moens to make listing presentations including price recommendations. Darren and I could then question each of McCann, say Cris Condon, and one other on this. Moens I doubt will do this ... he will find it offensive.. so we will figure something else out for him maybe just a phone call.

I could say the financial partner wants a formal marketing plan that will maximize value. What is your choice? Paul
