ok, then lets assume 25 stock price for fmi, . 15 profit. minus 5 loan. .total. 10 plus research gate 26. . then if he gave you all the fmi stock, 25 million . forgave loan and gaveyou 6 in cash, same deal and no more to worry,

RG investment was 10M at 144M post money.

The next round will be 700-800M

Which roughly means 52M at 750
