Re: an announcement from Mr. Epstein

I hope this note finds you well.

There is some change that I would like to announce. As you know Mr. Epste=n is cutting sugar from his diet as much as possible. Besides reducing swe=ts such as cookies, ice cream and so on, he would like to have healthy cook=d food (not heavily fried or breaded) at the houses. The other thing he wou=d like to change is the size of his muffins.

Lynn and could you please next time you bake the muffins for Mr.=Epstein, make them smaller in size.

your muffin proportions are good;=however, they should have no brown sugar on the top. Thank you.
