• Our Knowledge Healthcare Database has grown to 42 databases, the =argest of its kind in China

• Sales start now as planned. Revenues this year will be RMB 1 million =US$ 160k) from first sale to Government, next year planned RMB 10 =illion (US$ 1.6 million)

• Partnership Agreement under discussion with one of the largest Chinese =ealthcare IT Groups for sales large scale product implementation

• JV proposal from WPP (Kantar Health).

I do want to work with you, the best in this field.

I want to work with you directly and not with your investment people who =o not understand China nor this business. I want you to come in for US$ 5 million for 15% of the Company, common =hares pari passu with me.

You get a board set if you join the board (not your people).

You deal with me and I will never cheat you and will give you my word to =ry my best to make this a massive success. We make a straightforward, not complicated legal agreement between us. =effrey will review and assure us both it is fair.

My point is: you are always my preferred partner and I trust your =udgement and expertise. I want you with me in this company that I =uilt.
