They made an $18 million offer on your neighbor's =ouse (Mrs Cunningham) at 353 El Brillo which Moens has =isted at $22.8 million and was rebuffed. (Moens said she ha= turned down $20 million.) Mc Cann's clients =re Fred and Lisa Barbara. He was in the garbage hauling b=siness in Chicago and is a close associate of Mayor Dailey =nd other political figures in Chicagoland. He is reported to =ave sold at least one business some years ago for $100 mi=lion but to have other interests with city contracts. His h=use on Everglades Island is worth around $10 million in thi= market.

Mrs Cunningham has =he same 175 ft you do on the lake but her lot has 30'=20more depth east to west (220 ft vs 190 ft.) The houses =re close in size.
