Daphne re John/Clarence

Please see below from Daphne and advise:

John can meet with JE on any of the following days:

Monday, May 12, after 2 pm, Tuesday, May 13 after 2 pm, or Wednesday, May 14 at anytime

He is aware that JE wants to meet specifically with him, but he asks respectfully that if there is to be discussion of the design, he likes to have Clarence present so everyone hears, and if there are changes or new directives that Clarence can receive it directly.
