I understand a call has been scheduled for noon (Eastern time) today. Does Noam plan to participate in the call? If so, Harry will participate as well (and we should circulate a call-in number — do you have one you'd like to use?). If Noam does not plan to participate, you and I can proceed on our own.

We are prepared to resolve this dispute on the following general terms: (1) the trust will pay Noam a fixed sum annually; (2) Ma will resign as trustee, and Harry will appoint a new professional trustee to take his place; and (3) mutual releases will be exchanged. If Noam is agreeable to these general parameters, let me know and we can discuss in greater detail.
