I found copies of my mother and father's Last Will and Testament from Dec. 10th, 1982...(Cleaning my apartment.)

I spoke with Philip Michaels. He advised that there is an informal agreement that you would receive $50,000 off the top of the credit shelter trust and everything else would be split equally. He advised that Joshua had requested statements reflecting assets on hand and that your brother has delayed providing the information requested.

Is this consistent with your understanding?
